Production Process Flow for Polycrystalline Rock Sugar Equipment

Polycrystalline rock sugar equipment primarily relies on natural crystallization and temperature-control technology. Although the equipment is relatively simple, its functions are clearly defined. The core equipment includes sugar-dissolving units, temperature-controlled chambers, stainless steel tanks (or crystallization basins), sugar-unloading machines, and honey-separating machines. In addition, depending on the production scale and process requirements, auxiliary equipment such as jacketed kettles, thermometers, hygrometers, electric pumps, and constant-temperature chambers may also be required.

Polycrystalline rock sugar equipment is highly favored by consumers due to its unique traditional manufacturing process and natural ingredients. Although its production equipment is relatively simpler than that for monocrystalline rock sugar, it still features distinctive technical requirements and process characteristics.

Functional Analysis of Polycrystalline Rock Candy Equipment

Sugar-dissolving equipment is used to dissolve granulated sugar in water, producing a sugar syrup. Common types of sugar-dissolving equipment include jacketed kettles and heating-coil sugar dissolvers. Jacketed kettles heat the inner layer of sugar solution via steam, enabling efficient sugar dissolution; heating-coil sugar dissolvers, on the other hand, use spiral heating coils to transfer heat, thereby accelerating the sugar-dissolving process.

Temperature-controlled box: Used to regulate the temperature of the syrup, ensuring it reaches conditions suitable for crystallization. The temperature-controlled box can precisely adjust the temperature, guaranteeing a stable thermal environment throughout the crystallization process.

Stainless steel bucket (or crystallization basin): As a container for syrup crystallization, stainless steel buckets or crystallization basins offer excellent corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The syrup naturally cools and crystallizes inside the bucket, forming polycrystalline rock sugar.

Sugar-unloading machine: Used to remove the fully crystallized multi-crystal rock sugar from stainless steel barrels. The sugar-unloading machine features a well-designed structure that ensures the integrity and purity of the rock sugar.

Honey-removal machine: Used to remove molasses and impurities from the surface of rock sugar, thereby improving its quality. The honey-removal machine separates rock sugar from molasses through methods such as centrifugation or sieving, yielding pure polycrystalline rock sugar.

The production process of multi-crystal rock sugar equipment mainly includes the following steps: dissolving sugar, boiling sugar, crystallization, liquid control, pulverization, and drying. Among these, crystallization is the key step, requiring precise control of temperature and humidity to allow the sugar syrup to cool and crystallize naturally in stainless steel tanks. After crystallization is complete, the rock sugar is removed using a sugar-discharging machine, then passed through a honey-removal machine to remove molasses and impurities. Finally, it undergoes pulverization and drying to produce the finished multi-crystal rock sugar.

Polycrystalline rock sugar equipment boasts advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation, and low cost. Meanwhile, as consumer demand for natural and healthy foods continues to rise, the market prospects for polycrystalline rock sugar are promising. Therefore, polycrystalline rock sugar production equipment has broad application potential and strong market demand in the food industry.

Although polycrystalline rock sugar equipment is relatively simple, its advantages in traditional craftsmanship and natural ingredients give it a unique competitive edge in the market. As technology continues to advance and consumer demands keep evolving, polycrystalline rock sugar production equipment will also continue to develop and improve, making an even greater contribution to the advancement of the food industry.
