To boost the enthusiasm of sugarcane farmers, Xingtai Longtian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has set up 20 sugarcane transit stations in villages and hamlets across Lüzhai Town, Daojiang Township, Sipai Town, Zhongdu Town, and Pingshan Town. These stations are equipped with a total of 23 electronic truck scales used for trade settlement and sugarcane procurement. The 20 sugarcane transit stations are scattered over a wide area, with considerable distances between them and some road sections being difficult to traverse. To accelerate the verification process, the verification personnel gave up their weekend rest and worked overtime to verify all 23 electronic truck scales. They strictly followed the verification procedures for electronic truck scales, with a particular focus on testing their accuracy. Any scales found to exceed the allowable tolerance were calibrated and adjusted accordingly. After passing the verification, each scale was resealed, labeled with a verification pass mark, and provided with a verification certificate to ensure accurate metrological performance. While carrying out the verification, the personnel also educated the operators and managers of the electronic truck scales about metrological laws and regulations, the concept of metrological integrity, and provided guidance on the daily use and maintenance of weighing instruments, urging them to conduct their business in compliance with metrological standards. In just 10 days, the company successfully completed the verification of all 23 electronic truck scales, achieving a 100% pass rate.
