Through improvements to its ice-sugar production technologies and equipment, Xingtai Longtian Machinery has been awarded a “Utility Model Patent Certificate.” The company has developed an advanced ice-sugar production line that has transformed the process of single-crystal sugar production—from manual operation and manual sugar extraction and packaging to automated, mechanically controlled operations with mechanized sugar extraction and packaging. This innovation has significantly boosted the crystallization rate, enabling a single-crystal sugar yield rate of over 87%. Moreover, the crystallization time for sugar extraction has been reduced from the original 48 hours per batch to just 20–25 hours, effectively saving energy consumption and lowering production costs. The new process technology has also improved the sugar extraction yield: the yield rate for multi-crystal sugar can reach over 82% in a single crystallization step (while most domestic ice-sugar manufacturers achieve a single-crystal yield rate of only 55–60% for multi-crystal sugar). All of the above findings are verifiable and can be confirmed through documented evidence.
